Desi women represented at the Women's March 2018 and their pictures were inspiring

Hundreds of thousands of women took to the streets all over the world for the second Women's March this weekend, on the anniversary of Trump's inauguration.

There were huge rallies not just across American cities, but in Europe, Asia and across African countries too. An estimated 100,000 people rallied in New York, while over three-times that showed up in Los Angeles.

Like last year, desi women did not hesitate to show up either. Neither did prominent desi politicians like Canada's Jagmeet Singh.

In L.A., Sikh groups gave out free food and drinks to marchers. In Chicago, the Muslim Women's Alliance hosted a huge rally.

Here are some of the images posted to social media.
